COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Get in touch: Complete the form and respond to every question with as much detail.

2. Submission: Once the form is submitted, it saves a spot for you. (submitting this form saves an ENTRY ONLY it doesn't guarantee a commission unless a payment is done first.)

3. Design: I will contact you through Instagram/email to converse more about your commission. (Prices can increase if added more precise details.)

4. Payment: Once step 3 is set, full payment is required in order for me to start working on your commission. You will receive an invoice via email.

5. Process starts: This is where i start working on your commission and will send updates. (You can make changes up to 2 times) Updates will be sent through Instagram as it is easier and faster response time.

6. Packing And Shipping: Once your commission is ready, it will be safely packed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email.

ARTISTS RIGHTS & POLICIES + IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)

1. All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed and processed. Refunds are also not acceptable nor replacements. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping or transit, this is beyond our control.

2. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Tracking number will be given to you so that you can keep track of your product.

3. We are not liable for any taxes, tariffs, or custom fees.

4. All commissions are handmade, there will be small imperfections due to that, there could be dust particles but most of the times that is taken care of before sealed with UV resin.

5. All products are handmade with clay or polymer clay and are considered fragile so please handle with care. We do not offer warranties for the products.

6. These products are meant for decoration only and are not safe for food use.

7. Please do not ask to recreate other artists work. Please commission with good intentions.

8. We have starting prices, check down below. If you want more details to your commission that will results in an increased commission price.
